What it is
My first real product. A paid Windows optimization app that I built and shipped in 2024. Disables telemetry, removes bloatware, applies performance tweaks. Had a server-side anti-piracy system to protect the license.
What I learned
This was the project that taught me how to actually ship something. Packaging, licensing, dealing with users, handling edge cases on hundreds of different Windows configs. Everything after this got easier because of Lithium.
